Professor Minhas is Top quality. Highly knowledgeable in his field of expertise I found. His explanations were on point, easy to understand and answered all my queries. Best of all he was so kind and humble to my situation. I can not tell how far that goes to making a difficult situation in my life into one that makes things far more easier in my healing process. Really bad customer service! Nobody is picking up the phone and if they do, they transfer you to another person which definitely does not pick up the phone. I wrote them 5 mails already and never received any answers - it has been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting for an answer.
Mr Yap and his team were consummate professionals at all stages of my treatment, providing a prompt, friendly service that was able to quickly diagnose my issue and refer me to the correct specialist and treatment. I would heartily recommend them to anyone, and would like to offer my thanks again for such great work.
