Dr David Orton took time to listen to my experience of my condition. He and his team were very attentive. I do not recognise any of the negative comments made in these reviews. I had nothing but good service and detailed feedback on my condition. I would recommend that if you have a dermatology condition you see him.
very poor service - go elsewhere, plenty of other dermatologists out there!
Went for a suspected atopic dermatitis, not completely satisfied by the outcome and the service provided, still need to cope with my problems without having received a diagnoses, any treatment nor any further investigation / test. I had to wait 2 months for the first available appointment e was a totally waist of time.
Unbelievably poor service. 2 month waiting time and recommendation from one welbeck ended up with very unprofessional customer service for private appointment! Secretary that did not provide either confirmation email or follow up reminder for the appointment. Impossible for contacting the secretary only way was to contact one welbeck that provided email details of the secretary day before appointment!
