Edit: he has now left and the service has become a lot better. -The gent that works in the Takeley Post Office is one of the rudest people I've met in customer services. He makes sarcastic remarks, if he can be bothered to even acknowledge your existence, and then just stares blankly at you. It's incredibly off-putting. Attempting to make conversation with him is a waste of time.-
Got charged £8 for a book of 8 second class stamps today. A second class stamp is 0.87p, so they've overcharged me £1.04 for the privilege of using their shop. Won't be going in there again
