Pediatric nurses are rude, they get upset when you need to ask a question they are not consistent to check up on the patient you have to call them to come and do their job, the rooms smell like something is rotting inside this place has gone down the drain liked the medical attention for pediatric better at Arrowhead hospital

Their cancer treatment facility is extremely slow. Takes you a couple of weeks for the doctor to be available. 4+ weeks to get an ultrasound done for the FIRST ultrasound. Another 4+ weeks for the ultrasound biopsy. By the time you get to your surgery, you're probably progressing to another stage in cancer all caused by the treatment facility. Complained to the so called "patient advisory board" is like wasting your time sending your complaint to thin air. I would say if you want to live, avoid this hospital at all costs.

If you need to go to an Emergency room, beg them not to take you to LLUMC! They let my 74 year old mother-in-law lay on a bed in a hallway for 24 hours. They didnt give her any food even though her chart says she can eat. She saw a Dr. for 5 min. who told her she had an infection, but that is it. The ER is run like a 3rd world facility. They should be ashamed!!!

Two of our Dear friends, Mark & Linda Self we’re hit by a vehicle while on their daily walk. They both retired from Loma Linda University Medical Center and so naturally they wanted to do their recovery there. They were taken care of for 7 days (Mark) and eight days for (Linda). After that Loma Linda booted them out. With broken rids, knee surgery and many other problems Loma Linda released them to a care facility with a prescription of only Tylenol with their pain. They are in pain, uncomfortable to say the least. The staff... read more
