Took my uncle to the ER yesterday. Spent about 6 hours waiting for a bed, as there were many ambulances bringing in patients who have priority to ER beds. The long wait is a reflection of the complex and broken HealthCare System in our country. The wait was well worth the GREAT QUALITY CARE and COMPASSION that my uncle received from the ER staff. The nurses worked as a real team, communicated with us throughout my uncle's stay, performed skills with great competency, and were sincerely caring. Thank you! 🙏🏾
The nurses and doctor's are all Great and caring....they really do genuinely care which makes a big difference when you are in excruciating pain and just don't feel right. And they aren't quick to bandaid with pain meds and send you on your way, they actually look into your situation to try to get answers. I'm relieved to know which way to go with my health issues ..and will continue to refer to them in times of great need. God Bless them all they are true blessings.

Just shy of 18 months after an ER visit to LLUMC on 12.31.17 I get a bill for "services, "services" so atrocious that you waited 18 months to bill me, like I would forget that unfortunate day in your ER and the PTSD it caused. I have been waiting for my dad to be seen 26+ hours still waiting for them to see him, he is in such pain, nurses said they would check on him. STILL NO NURSE

My mom was scheduled for surgery at 3pm today, it is now 7pm and they are not doing her surgery and are saying she has to wait another two weeks to get her surgery to remove CANCER because the person in her "scheduled" room is in surgery 6+ hours longer than what was expected. How is this her fault? She hasn't been able to eat since last night and now she still hasn't eaten all day or drank anything at all. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING CAFFEINATED. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
My son got admitted yesterday and i have to say that their service is amazing! They answer all the questions you might have come quickly when you need them! Thank you Loma Linda Team for all the great experience we have
