A few weeks ago I brought my 2016 Mini Countryman JCW to Lohen in order to have the Performance Pack 1 fitted. After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! I called on separate occasions to inquire about my Mini needing new fog lights, both times they didn't keep me on the phone on hold they just take your number down and said to me a chap called Aaron would call me back. The first instance, he did call back about 20 minutes after I inquired however I was in a place with poor phone signal unknowingly before I answered the call, I tried communicate but it was bad and the operator, I'm assuming Aaron, had no patience and the call ended which is fine in isolation. Heard many good things about Lohen so drove down from Newcastle to get a short shifter fitted on our Mini JCW. Fantastic job. Arrived just after 9am and the car was ready around 1pm. We were given a tour of the facility and we were very well impressed.. Everyone at Lohen made us welcome.. Highly recommend Lohen.. Thank you to the team at Lohen..
