I ordered log form this company and I paid £545 for 90 packs of 10-12 kg (average 11Kg)Ash wood (logs) I received them on 19/12/2023 as; 81 packs Each pack on average 9Kg I should received 1000 kg but I received only 730kg , about 30% less Do not trust to thier advert , it is misleading As my experience, I will not buy logs from this company and I recommend you do not buy either
Absolute con, ordered an extra large crate of oak & received a crate of "mixed/eco" crate was labeled as such, but apparently during their "quality control" the pickers just pick the nearest label to them & attach it to your crate, so apparently that means my crate was all oak even though its labelled "mixed/eco" & as requested i supplied pictures of 2 completely different logs to confirm this??? Refused to refund the difference so definitely will not use again.
Very pleased with our logs from here they are excellent quality too can’t beat the knowledge of the sales staff too
