Only people waiting to be seated and was left standing there for several minutes. No one ever seated us although kitchen staff and a couple of wait staff saw us. We walked out. Very disappointed as have eaten at Logans in Columbus, MS and it was great.

Had a horrible experience a couple years ago but decided to give them another shot. One of the worst experiences dining out I've ever had. When we voiced ALL of the problems to the manager on duty, Katie, she did absolutely NOTHING. We could never find our waiter or any staff. Took forever to get anything. Never offered refills. My husband went to the bar to get more water to find 4 employees standing there - when he asked for some water they said someone would help in a minute and walked away. Not a good experience at all this Sunday we ate there the waitress keep on for getting what she was go back for the food was over cooked but I will go back it was just one of them days
