The service here was not to standard.. They put a new employee (Kendra) on a table with 15plus people by herself. The food came out slowly over an hour. People's food was not what they asked for.. One person ordered porkchop covered with mushrooms and sautéed onions and it took forever to get the onions and mushrooms that was supposed to be included with the meal. Both times me and my fiance have been there it's taken them about 10-20 mins to even greet us. The food always takes forever and the service is always terrible. This last time it took the waitress about 20 mins to even bring back our change. Overall terrible experience.
Awful experience. It took forever to get served at the table. Took forever for EVERYTHING. Got my mashed potatoes and they were refrigerator cold. Waitress blamed the cook for putting them on the plate too early and says how he does that a lot. She went and got me some new ones which were SCORCHERING hot! when we arrived we were told there was a 15 minutes wait but we saw a lot of empty tables and only 1 other person was waiting with us.
