Horrible experience! Food cold and burnt. After sending back and waiting two hours we just decided to leave! Note- the restaurant was NOT busy!!

It took about 35 minutes to be seated and the steak was very tuff

Slow service, over cooked, bad waiter....I'm not going back.

Nice waitress but I didn't get my food together. My steak came out but my fries didn't. Steak got cold, sent it back. Few minutes later ,I got my fries. Told them to keep it. I was very unhappy. Don't really care about going back.

Never will go.back Bad bad bad service slow. Food not right temperature. Could not get steak sandwich I wanted because wrong day of Week . Had to ask for anything and everything we got .Think girl tried just no support from balance of staff.
ALL OF THESE RECENT ONE STAR REVIEWS SHOULD BE A CLUE! Food was over cooked and service was so slow we had to get our own refills and it wasn't that busy. No manager follow up either. NEVER going there again! I will not be fooled by their standard 'let us make it up to you' reply. I will NEVER give them the opportunity to disappoint me again!
I found a bug in my food at the Hoover one and they did nothing!
We had a very good waitress, food was served in a timely manner. Temperature was just right. Very clean. Enjoyed everything.
