It's nasty! My baked potato was old my husband's tomato was pure slimy on his , which was 9.99 the service was s***** the tea was sour I will never eat there again.didn't even get my money back,or a discount on meal. This was in Dothan, Alabama, I called the district manager and restaurant manager they never called me back. you see how sorry they are.
Service was horrible!! We will Never attend this place again.
My girlfriend and I went last night. The service was awful. When we requested for the manager to come she had a attitude too. She put her hand in her food and ask why we were complaining. It took everything I had not to slap her. I ask for the corporate number but no one would give it to me. She really need to be reported. I will never go back again.
Waited 20 minutes with very many tables empty, waitress did excellent once we got seated, ordered 2 steaks medium, 1 was med rare the other was med well When we left still many people waiting to be seated with many empty tables ! Very poor management
We had a very enjoyable meal. Our server (king) was great. .... 5 stars for him. ..
Horrible service, sat there for 2 hrs to get 4 steaks that were bloody. They fed me rolls and salad for dinner.
Love Logan's! Yummy. Great servers--fun, happy, alive!
Clearly something was a little off with the entire experience... Everything was off!
