Decided to give this logans a try since the one in Bessemer I had a horrible experience. Well this one was no better. The waitress was great but the food was cold, they told me they were out of most of the appetizers as well as a few entrées. Same thing that happened at the Bessemer location. Looks like they need to have someone who knows how to order enough food to cover on the weekends, (busiest times) and not come back and say I'm sorry we are out of this or that! Smh. I won't be back! The food was so good and the service was great its awesome
I have never had a good experience at this location. There is a culture of ineffectiveness and horrible customer experience! This is a management issue. I will never patronize this location again and I have put all of my friends on notice for any future events.
The food was great, our waiter was friendly and polite and you must try one of their sweet tea's....if you want your steak cooked the way you want it I recommend you go to Logan's...
Normally food is delicious but last night service was horrible & my food was burned!! it took forever for us to get served. There was a couple sitting across from us asking had we been waiting long & I told her yes!! Apparently the problem was with the kitchen but still they could have done better I wish that I could post a picture of this prime rib--I guess my dog can eat it!! My husband ribs were burned too with no sauce on them!! #JUSTHORRIBLE!!!

Don't know what has happened here but staff is not paying attention! Bar service terrible! Won't be back!
Finally came back after 3 months to see if service had gotten better. Well my server tried his best. He was sat 3 tables in a row so I knew that would set the pace for the night. After waiting 45 minutes for food, my steak was over cooked. Never saw the manager and my server never got any help with his many tables. I counted at least 5 servers standing at the found window most of the night (not checking with guests). Brought steak out and it was undercooked. I give up.
