Came here tonight. Waited a while to be seated which was fine. Was greeted quickly after being sat and drink orderes and appetizers came quickly. Funny thing is after that, you really couldn’t even smell food or see anyone eating. An hour after ordering, we gave up. Sucks because it was our son’s 3rd birthday dinner. Management and probably even corporate should be embarrassed that they can’t handle a half empty restaurant. Everyone from the staff to the customers suffer from this. We went tonight with the whole family for my sons 3rd birthday celebration. After waiting 30 minutes for a table we are seated in a half empty restaurant (I get it, not enough servers). We ordered appetizers and those seem to come out very quickly. We put our order in immediately after receiving our appetizers since we had 3 children with us that had a bedtime. good food great company. nice bar to chill with friends.
Just left. Had delicious meal but the server “dolithac” was what made it special. Very thoughtful and caring. I go there often and she’s one of best. Nanette lackey griffies

My family arrived about 910pm Saturday night. (October 27th) was told it would be a 25 minute wait which we couldn’t understand because the place was almost empty! I took the kids to the restroom and then sat down on the bench to wait with them and my husband. After sitting there for a little bit a waitress came up and said her manager had told them not to seat anyone else that night!!! Why??? They are open until 11pm on Saturday nights... why are they turning people away at 9:19pm???? Not sure we will ever go back to Logan’... read more
Under staffed... no draft. No coronas. No cheese sticks. 45 minute wait to get seated after prior reservations had been made for 12 people. All steaks were cooked wrong. All sides were cold and the place wasn’t even close to being clean ,,,, VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
It was ok
Bartender was great but kitchen screwed up order. After an hour we found out that hadn’t even started (or had “just started”) cooking our order. Location draft beer has been out for weeks. Out of pork chops and roast beef. Overall the worst experience we’ve ever had at this Logan’s Roadhouse. Again, bartender did everything right. This is a poor management issue.
