RecommendedImpeccable Steaks. Great Service!
My wife prefers Applebee's but we gave Logan's a shot. The food was pretty good. The staff was very polite. The only problem I had was very slow service. It took 15 minutes or more for my son to get a sprite, and my wife and i to get our drinks. The food and appetizers came out very slow. Other than that, it was okay, but there's speedier service out there.
The service around here is absolutely ridiculous! We always wait like 30 Min to be seated while half the restaurant is empty. Then when finally seated we get terrible service & sub par food. Not impressed! If I didn’t have a gift card then I wouldn’t be here. Currently waiting on an empty restaurant to be seated! With 15 years of management experience I wanna get in here & light a fire under some butts!

Our server was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed...
Horrible experience! And that’s not an exaggeration. We had a party of 12 with 1 server. Most orders were wrong or just didn’t taste good (ribs overdone, no bacon on the burger, etc.) and no refills. One in our party didn’t even get her order until we were leaving and she got an appetizer trio. Surprised by this service and quality. Seriously horrible.

Last time three of us went to Logan’s on John Hawkins it was outside of busy hours, it took 2.5 hours to get out and one of the guys dinners never was right. Spoke to manager and she did nothing but listen and walk away. Was that a rating of 62 from 6/4/18 brought up to a 79 on 6/7/18? WOW!
