By far the worst customer service experience I have had. Took 45 minutes to get 2 steaks. Mine was grossly over cooked cold broccoli too. Never got rolls until meal came. Went in willing to spend good money on meal, left hungry and upset. Manager came across as very unconcerned and fake. Will not be back
The food is great. Love the rolls. Service is good. And I just took my family there on Sunday April 17, 2016. And as my four year old daughter would say the food is delicious!
Hour and a half wait for our food!!!!!! Restaurant was only half full and it took that long.
Just walked in and stood there for several minutes and finally young lady looks up and says "just you two? It's gonna be at least 15 minutes if you wanna stay and maybe we can find where our servers are." Needless to say we walked out and there wasn't a crowd there...
Cold food and terrible service, all on a night when the restaurant wasn't even half full. We were there 2 hours and left very unhappy. the manager attempted to make up for the service...he gave me a $3 discount off my $70 order, as if that takes away the sting. We will never come back.
I took my elderly aunt for lunch there yesterday. She enjoyed her water and a bite of her sweet potato. I enjoyed my tea. The food was OFF. however I did get my tea free. This was awful folks. My broccoli had the taste of raw fish. I had never eaten there before and never will again. Understand why parking lot was fairly empty during lunch. DO NOT GO HERE. I drove from Helena, Alabama to visit. We at least spent some time together. NEVER AGAIN.
It is pretty sorry that the owners didn't do anything for the veteran's for Veteran's Day. If it wasn't for the military, past, present, and future you wouldn't have the freedom to own this restaurant. Not only that the food was horrible. I will never go back to Logan's!!!!!
Yall messed up my order 6 out of 7 of my last visits So now I go to Outback and my food isdone right every time .Sorry Logans you have lost a customer that has been eating in your restaurant for yeats yall just cant seem to get it right anymore the worst was when I sat there 37 min only to find out that my order was given to another table and then I had to wate for the order to be cooked agin.
