Service was ok. Food was bad. My daughters steak was tough and 1/3 of it was inedible. The sliders came out and the meat was burned. The rolls used for buns were so mashed together that it was a solid lump of dough under the meat. The cheese was barely there. When I said something to the manager he gave me a blank look and an excuse for the slider roll being ruined. I proceeded to show him how to cut the roll WITHOUT mashing it. He shrugged and left. My son and I waited for 45 mins, no food, both apology no nothing! Unconcerned Robin was our waitress. She ignored us and finally we just left!

It was horrible! Had to wait at front to be seated. When food came out it was wrong. Our server was no where to be seen. Then we find out that she gave us up. But no one else had came over until she took the food back. Food was recooked and it was still not right. Couldnt even get a sweet tea refill. Unsweet was brought everytime.

Every time I come here, they jack up my food! Tonight a steak that was like chewing on rubber!! Hair in the butter! NEVER EVER eating here again!! I should have took a pic of my food. Then the restaurant smelled like a sour mop!!

Worst dining experience EVER tonight. We waited an hour and manager came out and said that they forgot to cook my steak. All she could do was apologize. We walked out and will not be back. Our last 4 times there the service has drastically deteriorated. The only reason we went was because we had gift cards. Now I will sell those cards.
Our server was awful. She was slow,not customer friendly, and down right rude. I even had to go to the bar to get my dads drink (a sprite),because after 30 minutes he still didnt have it. There were 8 individuals at the table and she brought 6 saucers that I had to ask for. She saw the pateon eating bread on napkins and was ok with it. When i asked for saucers for the table, she storms away and brought only 6 for 8 person table. She threw the plates in front of us as though she had an attitude.
