Terrible. Got a steak for my daughter to go and it took over 40 mins for the order to be ready. I ordered mashed potatoes and GRAVY and LOADED baked potato neither of which had said toppings. The steak was grossly undercooked. When I called back to speak with a manager, they were "too busy to deal" with me. I was told either I could drive up there and have it fixed or give her my address and it would take "weeks " to send me a gift card.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Food is delicious and great service.

Waited 45 minutes and still didn't get our food. 2:30 on a Saturday and the service was lousy. No apology, NOTHING. Last visit, period.

The experience at this location was horrible. First the waitress was very rude and was rude to my daughter for starters. The food was horrible. My daughters steak was so dry and burned. I ask for extra gravy on the side and she told me they put it on the steak. The first set of rolls was ice cold and when she brought more she just slammed them in the empty basket on the table. I'm telling you.. Seriously the absolute best steak ever!!!!! I ordered the 16 oz Ribeye and it WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!!!!! My mom ordered the 12 oz Ribeye... We finished them both.... Perfect night perfect steaks!!!!! Tyler was our server and she was superbly attentive... Good food GOOD TIP!!!!!! #BARETENDERLIFE

Service was not really good! No forks on the table had to ask several times. Orders were incorrect & all of our food came out 20 minutes apart! Our plan was to eat dinner at the same time not separate!
