service! 2 out of 3 in my party didn't get our second side item, and mine wasn't ready for 2 hours. I got it right before we paid! The checks were messed up and my receipt was thrown in the garbage after I paid! I am usually a 20 to 25 percet tipper but I left none! If you only show up every 15 to 20 minutes on a night when only 10 tables have customers you don't deserve a tip!

Sat at our table for ten minutes. Many workers walked past our table, none stopped to see if we needed anything. We never even got silver wear. We got up and left and still no one noticed!
Outstanding food service is great!!! Been eating at Logans for 17 years!! The folks that gave this place a 1 I bet they could not work in the food service! You will love this place have a problem see the manager.
We ate here yesterday & our service was top notch. My husband & I have both worked in the food industry for 10-15 years prior to where we both work now so we can surely be some pretty tough critics. Even called after we left to compliment our waitress. My ONLY reason for not leaving 5 stars is bc the food was nowhere comparable to what we are used to. Menu changes are disappointing. Terrible terrible.. dont know if it was ants or small roaches crawling on table. Waitress said ants wiped off table. Took our orders, the resturant was not busy a at all, took almost 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Baked potatoes so dry, that there was only 2 -3 fork fulls in it. No refills on tea, waitress not pleasant. When i ask for a go plate, smart remark made. Won't be back here. We should have eat at Target!
Arrived at 7:55 seated promptly however it took 57 minutes to get our food not once did our waiter come to check on us. Won't be coming back.
