The service was bullshit waited over ahour to get my food when i did get it was cold the only thing that was good was the beer i will not be back

Logans WAS my favorite place to eat however my experience this Saturday night was AWFUL!!! Will not be going back for a very long time!!! From the hostess losing our name to the wrong order placed and brought out and no refill on drink and to top it off food was nasty 😷

The service was decent but the lobster tail and steak was bone dry and my steak was overdone. They are usually much better but I was seriously disappointed with this time.

Server was great, beer was cold but our rib-eyes was tough as leather, their food has definitely gone down hill over the last year

My husband and I ate at Logan's roadhouse on 1/1/17 . We ordered the 16oz rib eye & were told we couldn't order that or the 12oz because they were out . We settled for the bone in rib eye .I ordered mine med well . When I cut into my steak blood ran out so I sent it back . When I got it back it was black & crunchy. Had to wait on rolls . The server was fine but the food was the worst we have ever got at this location. To top it off our bill was 59.00 & some change ! My husband said his steak was awful &We won't be back !!!

The 2 stars are for not having Pork Chops, ranch dressing fried pickles, 8 Oz steak. Service was great, but when you don't have food, you can have all the service you want and still not make the customer happy. I usually enjoy eating in the tiger town location. But not yesterday.
