Out of mozzarella cheese sticks, out of prime rib and the service is extremely slow. Not impressed at all!!
I went to logans with my mom in knoxville and we loved it. We came here and our $15 dollar lobster was raw and ice cold. I almost broke my tooth trying to eat my rice. I had to literally find my waitress to get a drink after 30 minutes of my glass being empty. We told the manager and he says "yeah we'll do better next time" like there is gonna be a next time, psh! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE YALL
Absolutely disgusting bathrooms, with no toilet paper and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several days. Serving staff was too busy talking to friends and each other to bring us drinks. I will not be going back and not referring people to this one.
No good at all. We went in and the Lady went to sit us down but my aunt couldn't fit in the booth so I asked her to move us to a table and they wouldn't saying they only had one waitress what kind of service is that! My aunt got pissed and started fussing y'all need to check yalls hostess
I ordered a t-bone medium rare It was the worst dry steak I've ever had and it took 2 hrs from time we got there till we got our food
If you want cold food, raw mushrooms on a skewer, and zero reaction by management to your complaint, then this is the place to be. No more second-chances- we won't be back!
Service really SUCKed for us too and the 16oz ribye was really really fatty..and the potatoe tasted like it was really old. it wasn't fresh..they didn't give us silver ware .we had to get our own from the bar..it was just really bad food and bad service.i want be going there again.anytime in the near future Not Even If It Was Free.Yes it was that bad.....I got sick as soon as I got home....ugh ugh ugh.....Never Again....
Only cause I can't give negative. Twice we have come and twice crap service. Tonight was not busy at all and it took two hours for our food then salads came at same time. Seriously! The excuse was our table got mixed up with another, then it was they burnt one of our dinners. My husband, my daughter and I where STARVING!!!! Then they did us an amazing favor they knocked off 6 bucks. If I didn't have my daughter we would have walked out. Never again. This one just as crap as by the mall of Louisiana. 65.00 bucks for crap food... read more
Horrible service... Every time I give them another chance they screw up worse.
