Never brought any peanuts had to ask for saucers for appetizers and had to ask for refills......patiently waiting before asking....food was good but service isn't worth going back.
We had a wonderful dining experience tonight. There were some issues with the rare steak ordered, but the wait staff and management did an amazing job. They were kind and courteous. Keep up the good work guys!
The only thing good about our visit was the lemonade! I have never had such a horrible dining experience....so bad that after one bite of the steak....I sent it back! I was so pissed with the food and service that after speaking with the manager we were free to leave and the bill was free! Food was old, plates were dirty, and waitstaff was horrible!
I have been sitting here over 45mins and still no food the staff took over 10mins to seat us and there not busy at all this is truly sad
Unfortunately we decided to stop for a snack. We've now been here over an hour and barely got bread and sodas. Horrid service ! Never received food left after asking several people and receiving no response! Had a similar experience earlier this year at this location we will NEVER go back!

We both ordered the 3 meat combo with fries the ribs were perfect, the brisket perfect we brought home our chicken to much to eat so we decided to eat it while watching the Saints game! Guess what the chicken was raw on the inside the leg towards the bone and the thigh as well!! We could have gotten sick if we wouldn't have noticed it. We had to cook it to eat them!!
I was there yesterday. I chose it instead of Chillies. Not next time. They had music so loud and told me they would turn it down. Then the service was not up to par. They need to look at customer service real close.
