Horrible service all the food came out cold obviously the management is poor should be shut down #LogansRoadhouse holds itself to a hire standard then this! FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Worse service ever. Third strike and you out. Also, all 3 times they waited 30 min to tell us they were out of something we ordered. Drink slow, because it will be a long wait for refills. Horrible, Horrible.
The waitress took to long to take our order. By the time she brought our food out it was cold. The service was awful!!!!
My wife and I went there tonight. The waiter said it would be about 15 to 20 minutes because there was only two servers. I told them that would be fine but when other people started coming in they went straight to the bar area. My wife an I do not drink or like being in that area. The waitress offered us a high top table but my wife uses a cane and this does not work for us. We left after about 30 minutes of waiting and watching about 6 servers running around. Food wasn't that good. Waiter took me for 20 bucks. Bill was 57 and some change I gave him 80. Had to ask him about my change and he eventually brought it I look and its 2 dollars with gratuity circled in blue. I got so mad the wife made me leave. I left receipt and the 2 dollars enjoy it jerk. I'll never eat at a logans again!
We will not eat at this Logans again. Service was horrible. We left before we even had our salad. Salad came out with no dressing and we were still waiting 10 minutes later for the dressing. We could see our waiter wait on other tables and clean a table. We even reminded him about the dressing and still didn't get it. The business was not that busy either
Worst place iv ever eat at they take no pride in there kitchen food socks drinks are okay but all in all I will never recommend this to anyone
Overcooked my steak twice, got my drink and salad wrong, and crammed 13 people into two tables... I probably won't be back to this location...
This is by far the worst Logan's I have ever been to service is terrible wrong steak no rolls for me every other gets them I guess if you done alone they do not care about u beer is cold salad warm
