This is twice in a month that we have been here and the service has SUCKED!!! When a restaurant is full, I understand not seeing the waiter, but when there is hardly anyone there it is inexcusable. Since when does the waiter sit down at the table when they take your damn order?? It took 35 minutes (that is when I went and found the manager) to get a damn order of fried pickles. This will be the last damn time that I ever come here.
If I could give negative stars. I would. Gave Logan's Roadhouse on LAST chance! What steak joint is out of Sirloin, Filet and Porterhouse? Good news is that they didn't get a chance to mess up my meal!!!!
This place is awful! Sat and waited on our food for 1 hour. Server kept coming by table telling us food was coming up. Finally she told us manager would come talk to us...he kept avoiding us...finally came and apologized saying he was personally bringing food to us...did not happen. Steak was raw....supposed to have been well done. I will not be going back!
This place fucking sucks save your money they got some fucking idiot that doesn't know how to cook a steak how the fuck do you not cook a steak correctly at a damn steakhouse on top of that the dumbass lumberjack looking fucking crackhead bartender has no customer service skills whatsoever I'm going to say right now he probably can't even spell customer service this fucking place sucks a medium steak comes out what are you need a fucking hacksaw to cut through the god damn thing so you get a new stocking state that comes out... read more
We went to eat here last night for the 1st time. It took us 2 hours to get our food and once it arrived it was freezing cold and the shrimp I had were clearly not cooked. We also ordered broccoli on one of our children's plate and my plate. Apparently they ran out of broccoli so according to the waitress the Manager decided to just give us Asparagus instead. The food was horrible,they were not busy at 'll n took an hour n a half to bring us our food and my mom's sirloin was burnt plus her potAto e was cold,n my shrimp were supposed to be grilled not fried,they have young teenage girls playing around and be more worried about bout mingling with the guys on the back,than getting our food right.Worst Logan s I ever ate ,on if I could give them 0 stars I would.#nevereatatlogansingonzalesagain#betteroffeatingouttathetrashcan##
Didnt get our order right...food was not so great especially for the price, my husband got the lobster and half of it stuck to the shell and went to waste...I asked for gravy on the side instead it made my food into mush....didnt come with the sides as stated in menu...drink refills were slow...just overall not impressed....first and last time going there!
Ask for Kallen for the best service! Food is delicious!
I am very disappointed. This is my second time here. Service was horrible. They were out of ribs again. I ordered a southern peach tea and was given a strawberry lemonade. I am so glad I am not allergic to strawberries.
