Orders were wrong, forgot some of the food. Saw the mgr. out talking to several people about wrong orders, Sorry but very let down. :(
The server took my order and because she was changing shift. She never told us nor came back to our table. I had to ask for a manager. He did come and made sure the new server came to the table. The manager took 25% off our ticket. The food wait was over 30mins and the restaurant wasn't busy. I will not be back anytime soon. 4/8/17
Will not be returning service was terrible!!!! Sat there 30min after we ordered ourfood before it finally came... The food wasn't worth the wait �Ordered the ribs (Burned) I guess you get what you paid for �People don't waste your time our money there !!!
For our anniversary, my husband and I decided on dinner and a movie. We hired a sitter and arrived at 4:55. Movie started at 7:15. We figured we had plenty of time for both. For the first time, the food was actually really good today. The problem was that there were only 2 waitresses (1 of which was having to tend bar also), 1 hostess, and a manager. Our waitress was running around serving the 10 tables she had, making drinks behind the bar, and bringing out food. We went lastnight. We had an hour wait and barely anyone was there it was about 8:30. Bread machine was "broken" so not hot rolls, bathroom was a hot mess. No toilet paper, garbage overflowing, floors all wet and the drain trap was open so there was a big hole in the floor. Our waitress was great and food was ok Clean up the bathroom it's right off the interstate!!
Poor service, not enough wait staff, out of certain foods ( Bread), had to get our own peanuts. Bathroom was horribly dirty, no TP or paper towels to wipe hands. Took forever to get food. Service has been horrible here have called company nothing was done will not go back.
