Service is ridiculously slow!! My family and I will drive a bit farther to Baton Rouge in order to enjoy excellent service!!
This place needs to get their act together. We had horrible service. My husband ordered the ribs with 2 sides. He only got his ribs and never got his side's. We spoke with the manager and he credited our bill $11 my husband's food was $15. He never even got his whole meal. I never got a drink refill and we didn't get any napkins. Never again will we eat here.
We enjoyed very much . We went Friday evening and our waitress was friendly and good. Food was good too. Helped me unwind after a very busy work day.
Our silverware was sprayed with hard surface cleaner and wiped with a rag used to previously clean tables BEFORE being brought to us. The rolls came out cold and our waitress was awful. We talked to the young manager and he offered To-Go silverware, which we declined. Needless to say we canceled our order and left after they tried to make us pay for a side salad that couldn’t be eaten due to the improperly cleaned silverware. We came for the rolls, but should have gone elsewhere when we showed up at 7:45 and it wasn’t busy.
Waitress was pleasant but didn't check on us till we were ready to go. Salmon was overcooked, shrimp were undercooked. Probably should've had a steak! Lol
Terrible. By far the worst restaurant Iv been in. Only two other tables were seated, yet it took 20 minutes to get drinks. They were out of at least one item 3 different people ordered. One steak was sent out well done (ordered medium rare) sent it back, 2nd steak medium well and very dry. Both side items were cold and nasty. 4 different waiters walking around, didn’t even offer to refill any of our glasses (all were empty) we had to get up ourselves and walk to the drink machine before they offered.
