First off we were seated in a booth that we had to try to avoid drinks spilt on the floor, that no one bothered to clean....they were just walking around the mess..when there were plenty of Empty seating still available. Then had a waitress that was not friendly At All.... almost to the point of being rude. Very disappointed, as this was not our first time here. Seems as if this is a case of Poor Management...
My food was undercooked and cold. The waiter was very lackluster and didn't really care that the sweet tea he brought wasn't sweet. If I make it back that way I might give it another try, notice I said might. One of the worse Logan's I have been to. Bathrooms weren't very clean either. How does this place stay open?

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restraunt. I ordered at 6:45 only to be told at 7:40 the item I ordered is no longer available. This is the biggest load of B.S. I've ever been fed. I left the restraunt without ordering. Please close this restraunt. Terrible service!!
Horrible service! It was very unclean, but what really made me sad was that it was my child's birthday and they refused to sing or even acknowledge. I think the name of the server was Keisha..
Our well done steaks were RAW, the rice was hard... sweet potato was Hard, shrimp were undercooked.... Not to mention we waited foreverrr for our food....40+ minutes. The table was stickyyy. It was very very disappointing. Obviously very poor management. How is this place still open.
I have normally things are good. Today we arrived at 11:45. We received our food at 1:12. This was after the family who came after us got their food. The server said it was a new staff. Another said it was the fry station. I had my two kids with me. The rolls we got were burned. After the second person came to us she brought us more rolls and said we would have a discount. If I could give it half a star, I would. When I say my steak had ZERO seasoning, I'm not exaggerating. My "loaded" sweet potato had four or five marshmallows on it, and my husband's steamed broccoli with cheese was mostly water. Never again!
The food was cold when it came out and we didn't get any peanuts offered to us and i had to get up and ask someone for silverware to eat with and it took awhile for them to bring it to me
