I love Logan's roadhouse it's have awesomeness food and the servers is awesomeness. Logan's roadhouse y'all can any special occasion to take someone to are just treats yourself .

I love Logan's Roadhouse but this particular restaurant was terrible. The service was terrible, had to wait about 15 minutes for refill on drinks. I ordered a steak (filet) and it was comparable to chewing a tire. The food was honestly overpriced for the terrible quality. Anytime we needed our waitress, she was nowhere to be seen. Overall a terrible experience and it's been like that the two times I've went.

Unfortunately a bad experience here tonight...we waited for over 40 minutes without food. When we asked how much longer it may be on our orders we were 'informed' it was actually only 20 minutes we had waited? Apparently waitress forgot to put our order in so manager only saw the 20 min from when she put order in... Just bad experience overall. Won't be back & from looks of empty seats here tonight we aren't the only ones.

Bad service. Slow kitchen. Bad food. Steak over cooked. Broccoli undercooked. Took 45 mins to get food once we sat down and the place was half empty. I won't be back. Very, very bad management. I spoke with the manager and wasn't impressed. Place won't last another year with this management in place.
Apps came at the same time as our dinner meal. Had our drinks in no time.

The concept and the menu are cool. The service is horrible and the kitchen does not care about serving at all.
