Great food, good price, great service, i would be back again

I order a 22 ounce steak and salad it took 3 1/2 hours to get my food when there was only one couple in front of me waiting on there food. So I asked my waitress what was taking so long she had the nerves to tell me she didn’t know rather than going to check on my food. Then went and got the manager who didn’t really care about my complaint because she brushed me off. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED !!!!!!!!
Our orders were all wrong. My side was on another's plate, they didn't get their side, my steak was suppose to be medium well, it came back rare, the zucchini fries were totally to salty, and the sweet tea was unsweetened. For the price of 4 people to eat you'd think they'd get it right. However, it was a pretty bad experience, especially cause it was our first time eating there, we prefer outback, oh yeah and no croutons on our salads cause they ran out. Most likely won't be going back.

I had a steak, it was cooked right and tasty. The wife was more than satisfied with her salmon and shrimp. And the service was good!
