It had been over 1 year since I had been there due to a bad experience; however, my friends and I were there around 4:30 Saturday (9/15) evening because we received a coupon in the mail. We found out that the small print on the coupon did not include what we came in there for. No problem we would order something else or not use the coupon. Worse experience ever ever ever
Another poor dining experience at Logans!😥 Being one of the original server trainers here when it opened in January of 2004, I KNOW for a fact that back then if food took longer than 22 minutes, that by company policy the food was automatically supposed to be comped. Our food was 30 minutes long and when brought to the manager's attention, who DID NOT do any table visits from what I could see, he tried to trick me into thinking it had only been 22 minutes! My husband and I were at Logan’s Roadhouse we sit there for 20 minutes no drink order the place was not busy so we went to cheddars were waited on real quick they were very busy we left very happy and left the waitress a big tip will not go back to Logan’s

Worse experience . I am currently sitting waiting for dinner. There are more people sitting outside waiting to come in then people inside. It's sad!

I enjoy my dinner. We didn't have a long wait and there were eleven of us. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating.
Seemed kinda rushed at the end. Felt a little uncomfortable asking for to go boxes or drinks because the sense of urgency to leave...but food was great. Understandably though...we had a large group and the waitresses have a right to be overwhelmed in those situations.

Very disappointed with my serves and food. The bar tender seemed to forget about me, took forever to get a drink and even longer to order my food. I ordered the steak and wanted medium but it came out well done. Most thing I was disappointed in is I never got the bread that I love. Over all very disappointed.
