Customer service is terrible never again its my birthday and it wasn't a very pleasant experience....Chiquita was our server was at friendly never will I dine her again I was very disappointed,, if this restaurant keep getting these bad reviews u will be soon going out of business.....smh

We made reservation for a party of 20 a month ago. They called to confirm our reservation for last night. After getting there, we had to wait 30-45 mins for our table. The waitress kept telling me the party had cashed out but still sitting at table. After finally get our table and ordering. Everybody had gotten their food and had eaten before I got mine. I couldn't eat my steak because it was so tough. We will be taking our monthly night out somewhere else. This place used to be good.

Got a steak that was cooked wrong for the second time. Tonight it was a togo order so I was stuck with it. Guess I shouldn't have expected a steakhouse to be able to cook a steak correctly....

A huge thank you to Logan's staff for accommodating my family of 21 yesterday. We dropped in without calling ahead and they did a great job taking care of us with only one, out of 21, dinner mistake. THANK YOU LOGAN'S

We were given a table we requested even thought no one was assigned it. We were waited promptly and the waiter was very attentive the food was wonderful as always.
