I really was skeptical when we got there at 2:00 on Mother's Day and the parking lot was packed. We went in, asked how long the wait would be for a party of 5. We were told 10-15 minutes, so we said ok. We were called within 10 minutes or so & shown to our table. Our waitress 'Rena was an absolute joy! She gave us impeccable service, gave me one of her carnations that she had gotten for Mother's Day and even introduced us to her 2 daughters that work there with her! Service was slow. After nearly an hour our entrees were served. Raw chicken for me and pretty much raw burger for my husband. No excuses. Raw chicken can kill people. The only good thing was our drinks and appetizers were comped. Will not be back.

We took our son to Logan's tonight to celebrate his 18th birthday. He ordered a sirloin cooked medium. His steak was cooked well done, so we sent it back. Twenty minutes later his second steak arrives. But, as you can imagine his side dishes were cold by now. The second steak is cooked almost well done. The manager offers to get him another one, but by this time he has decided it wasn't worth the trouble. It's pretty sad when a steak restaurant can't even cook a steak. Probably won't be going back.

I haven't been able to eat at one of these in a while and I have always enjoyed the way the steaks are seasoned. The steak that I ordered was cooked just right, the bread, salad, and baked potato that came with the meal also hit the spot and everything was excellent. I miss the Logan's that was in Albany, but understood why it closed, so it was nice to have a pleasant dining experience at this location.

Ordered 20oz Ribeye got 14oz. (I let it go). Requested garnish rice on the side and it was on the plate with my entree (I let it go). Specifically provided a 20% of coupon for my family of 5 and the server said the Mgr forgot to run it and the Mgr said the server forgot to run it. Anyways they said that it's too late to use it after the bill is ran. That's a big savings now a days. We won't go back.

We were served promptly and courteously. Our food was cooked as requested. We did have to wait until almost finished with our salad for our rolls. One improvement that would help is to have more variety of choices on the 2-for menu. Some of my precious favorites were no longer on the list, but still on the regular menu.
My son liked his lunch and mine was fine, but not what I expected. I had their new fish and chips, not the best idea at a steak place. It fish tasted good, but it just didn't look like a traditional dish. The fries were good, but more like the ones you'd get at a fast food drive through. I'd expect thicker cut potatoes chips. Same with the fish, it's was good, but untraditional looking too. Maybe I spent too much time living in the UK.

I come here every other Saturday ! It's my boyfriend and I favorite spot, from the servers to the drinks and food ! Everything is always wonderful.
