The wait person was polite. The wait for meals was a wee bit long methinks? We were seated in the back, as a party of 12 if I counted accurately. The silver/or eating utensils "arrived" late.

There alway a wait they always screw up what we order or charge us double and the service just sucks and when we where there on Saturday they never brought out my daughters broccoli and they forgot to put craisans in my salad again!!

Appetizers took 30 mins. Cold dinner. Needless to say i will not be back

Waitress was awesome ..food was yummy..drinks were tasty!!

Food took a bit to get...i guess cuz they were busy. Friday nite..brocolli didnt come out with meal and tasted salty...ribs n sweet potato were good...we had a big party they need to take reservations for larger parties...

It took 45 minutes to get my salad, an hour and 10 minutes to get a manager to come over to talk to me her name is Tanya said she was one of the managers. The other manager went to hide when I waived at her to to come over to the table where we were. Tanya said that the printer broke and that the cook never let anyone know (lame excuse). She said that she was going to the kitchen to se what happened and that she would be right back NOT! I mentioned that the ticket was never up and that they had not started to cook it.
