My waitress was extremly nice and had great customer service. On the other hand tables could be wiped and cleaned hell of alot better. The seats were sticky and disgusting just saying , maybe you should keep on the cleaning alot better. And some of staff was rude and stood around for no reason.
Logan's is one of my family's favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, the service our waitress provided was horrible. She barely served us rolls, strike 1. She never offered to refill our drinks, strike 2. Her overall attentiveness for me and my family was super low, strike 3. Our server was the nicest person providing great service. But not his fault that there were only 4 other tables and we waited 45 minutes to get 1 steak and 3 hamburgers. If you have about 2 hours to spare. This is the place to go.

Worst service I ever had at a Logan. Got seat at 8:15 didn't get a server until 8:35 ,she took our drink order came with the drinks and some rolls and some soup I ordered but after that didn't come back I had to go get ask for the manager.His name is Scott so while standing there waiting to talk to him he walks past me three times so I finally went and found him and told him what happen he told me calm down but your service was Sub stadard.So when I get back to the table they take our order and it didn't come until 10 so I w... read more

Went for lunch on 9/13. Overcharged and dissatisfied. Ordered fried chicken salad chicken came grilled and sent back for fried. Salad was bland did not have everything in it listed on menu no onions cheese cucumbers but waitress did not see that this was a problem. Sirloin beg soup was grease based not beef base. Overcharged 2.00 for salad (ordered lunch portion charged for dinner) and husbands beer and burger special was not 10 as advertised but charged 12. Normally awesome. Had the ribs and chicken combo. Our server was spectacular. Bread and salad was delicious. Too full to eat the chicken, so I took it to work for lunch today. It was raw in the middle, Pink, bloody and GROSS! 1st time ever!
