Service was terrible, steak was not as ordered and the worst part was we didn't get our mac&cheese until our meal was done and it was not freshly prepared. Will you do anything about the service that my wife, a very good friend and myself endured? You could care less about our experience with you, but I on the other hand am going to go out of my way to let everyone know how rotten your steakhouse (that's a joke) really is, and that when a complaint is lodged you do nothing to satisfy the customer.

I love that catfish dinners service was pretty good the waiter and the service was great

Worst service ever. Got almost every item of my order wrong and blamed me for it every time. Had to go looking for my server 3 times. Never got to see the manager. My son's 6 oz sirloin was 4 oz of gristle that I couldn't even feed the dog. We won't be back to this location.

The food was cold the servicer was awesome the register was right behind our seats that was very irritating.

Steaks not cooked even my steak was so chewy I saved it for my dog. To much season on my husbands steak and shrimp. Rolls are plain if you could even get them and the salads would be better if they had not added pounds of onions!! Yuck. Seriously my first and last time visiting this place.
The menu portions were way more than the actual plate portions. The prices were reasonable, but I had better. Won't be going back.
