They ran out of food. Some of the food was cold. The staff was excellent,

Food is good. Hard to beat the 2 for deal. The staff was absolutely awesome
Went there yesterday with my daughter for lunch. Had a very good greeting and our waiter, Scott, was great. The food was wonderful and my daughter loved her steak, cooked just like she likes it. Been going there since they opened. Don' t understand all the bad reviews from people. I have never waited 45min or had bad service. Love Logan's Roadhouse.

I got shrimp and steak dinner it came with about 3 tablespoons of uncooked rice. The shrimp was cold and tough. My husband ordered a ranch house burger med well, it came raw and only 5 cold French fries. The general manager I believe was mark brought my husband more fries after we complained twice they were cold and grease had been sitting around for a while. When we complained your G.M. never came back to check on us. The worst meals we have had. We will not be going back any time soon.

Haven't been at this Logan's Roadhouse for almost 1 year. Definitely will NOT be going back. 40 minutes to get out dinner because they had a back up. Food too small of portions. Charged extra for 3 cheese Mac and cheese as the waiter said it was a premium entry. Never said a word when we ordered. I had to send the small plates back that the waiter brought for the dinner rolls as they were filthy. There are a lot of other places to eat with much better food. They must have been running low on staff, there was a 35 minute wait at 4pm and it wasn't crowded. The hostess wasn't very polite. So I sat at the bar. The bartender was polite but he needed help too. I ordered steak, baked potato and a salad. Pretty typical for a steak house. The steak was cooked properly and had a good taste. They forgot both my salad and the sour cream for the potato. I've had better experiences at a Logan's before. Perhaps this was just an off day. Here's hoping.

My shrimp was cold the Fried shrimp was a little hard my rice was dry it took a while for us to get our food
