Well today my bride to be ordered the teriyaki chicken and the rice was hard as dry rice macaroni and cheese was ice cold
Food was great! Hospitality was on point! Only thing was wrong, they didn't have SHRIMP SCAMPI! Which I couldn't understand especially being a chef myself. SHRIMP! All the other items should already be on hand! IJS!
The service was slow. Ten minutes to get our drinks. Ten more to get our bread basket. When we got our food we asked for more bread. We got it after we were finished eating. Got our first drink refill after getting the bill. The food was room temp at best. Will not go there again.
I am not sure why I order to go they always mess up my order. My family is under the weather and we just wanted to pick up. Each steak was prepared different. I hate all pink well done burn it if you have to, and what do I get blood. My husband got medium well of course he got rare. My son wanted rare so they switched steaks but the other one was well done. It can't be that hard especially since they said 35 minutes I got there and still had to wait. Never again.
Staff is friendly, service was good. Maybe cause we came in after the huge dinner rush?? No complaints here. Everything was fresh and delicious.
6 TVs but won't turn on the volume, "...not even for the Super Bowl. "
Wow! This place was awesome for the first time going there. Our waitress Tee was the best waitress I feel I have ever had she was engaged in conversation even tho clearly busy she was fast to get us what ever was need and when my steak came back she stood there waiting till I cut it open to make sure It was cooked properly she didn't want to leave till she knew order was perfect. NEVER have I had a server be so attentive to customers needs I was VERY impressed and look forward to going back. No doubt I will be asking for Tee... read more
