Took a family member for lunch. We were the First table there after opening. Was greeted with "Hi" no smile at all the whole time we were there. Ordered the sirloin for both of us. This is risky I know, but didn't want to spend a lot for lunch, and there is no lunch options for steak. Received our meals and mine was not the temp I asked for. 6oz. Filet was cooked perfectly. Sweet potato and Caesar salad. Yummy!!

The service was horrible, I never seen such heartless employee's working for a company in my life. And worst of all after waiting 10mins for my salad, I found a bug in my salad which is beyond disgusting !!!. I dined here a few years back and it was a good memory, but this will forever stay with me when I think of Logan's and i will not be returning back to this Bug infested , Poor Customer Service, Slow moving business again.
I got gift cards to come back here because the service and the food was so horrible months ago. So my husband and I decided today we would go there for lunch, and they're out of pulled pork after we ordered it one of the waitresses not know you're out of pulled pork and how is it still on the menu if you're out of it. It's things like that that keep happening we will never again come here!

I would eat there again .My steak was very good .Cook like I like it .Done without burning it.

Every time I go there my steak is always over cooked and potatoe (loaded) was cold I've tried to go back and try it out again and it was worse and the service sucks also

Marked one star because we didn't even get to go. Celebrating a birthday, and there was going to be 16 people. My wife called ahead just to let them know we were coming, and was told if we can seat ok, if we cant, then we cant. Really? You would rather give up 16 people? We would've been fine waiting, but to the person who answered the way they did.... thank you, but NO THANKS. Again would've waited because we know it's Saturday, but that's know way to answer.
This place completely SUCKS! For a place that specializes in steak, when you order it medium, you expect medium, not COMPLETELY RARE! Sent it back and they returned it obviously microwaved, tough and overdone on the outside and still rare in the center. It wasn't just one of our meals that happened that way but two.There was wood in my son's ribs, and last I checked you don't eat wood. NEVER coming back again... used to be a good place to eat. Sad.
