In the past they have been good but lately their service has gone down hill. Our last two orders, the food has been cold and the meat over cooked. We called to let management know about the issue but our calls were never returned.
Went out for a birthday. Waitress never brought salads before we got our main course. Asked to get salads taken off our ticket. Waitress said they came with the meal, but why didn’t we get them before our main course? Manager made it all better by discounting our meal. Go to pay and waitress is really smart in her words when giving us a receipt. I tell her to do her job, and she then PUSHES ME OUT THE DOOR, CUSSING ME, AND THREATENING ME. Last night my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to call in our dinner to go, we literally called for 30 minuets and could NOT get anyone to answer! On the last call someone picked up the phone and then hung it up! We was very displeased.....we took our business to O’Charleys who answered their phone on the 2nd ring!
We were at this Logan’s 1:00 on 9/30/18, very understaffed with servers and cooks. We finally walked out after not receiving our food at 2:00, this place was not even full to capacity and we waited for our food. No explanation or anything from server telling us what was going on. This place ran out of French fries by noon on this day, very poorly managed.
