First of all my wife set inside for over 45 minutes waiting on our online order while I waited outside in the car post having surgery still in pain. As soon as we get home and open our food her burger his burnt & looks like a sausage patty with no condiments what’s so ever. My Salad has 4 little strips of chicken on it that are charcoaled. We each had the Logan steak, we asked for medium each time came back well. We threw away more steak than we ate due to it being full of cartlidge and so tough

Thought we'd give it one last chance, sat at a table for 30 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. then we waited 1hr for our food. Food came out wrong with no offer to correct the order. Never again. time for you to close your doors for good!
We went in to have dinner .. it was the worse dinner we have ever had there ! I hope they hire more cooks who know how to get it done right !

My wife and I just ordered dinner through door dash and in the 6 months, we have lived here so far this is the first disappointing dining experience we have had. Ordered a medium bone-in ribeye and it arrives extremely rare and not a drop of seasoning on it. Ordered the loaded fries as well and didn't even receive those. Door Dash refunded 24 dollars on our 70 dollar ticket but won't make this mistake again.
