No one at the hostess desk. Stood and waited for awhile along with several other people. Customer Service should be at the top of the list. Then we finally get a table and the waitress made up excuses of course why it was this way. Remember word of mouth is advertising, so what kind do you want?

worst experience ever... my fiance and I love Logan's and since the one in cool springs closed down we haven't found a decent Logan's to eat at.. The Spring Hill location is horrible.. we waited 45 mins to be seated when the restaurant was half empty, then waited for our food another 45 mins.. we were there over 2 hours only to eat cold food... never again!!!

Bad service, lettuce frozen, steak dry as a bone, mash pot were all crumbled and looked like they had been sitting since lunch, gets worse every time we go

I’d go back for another Blackstone. Service was excellent just because the waiter was good at service recovery. No bread was ready to go with my chowder but he offered crackers. Caution on the chowder- it’s more like a corn chowder than a seafood type chowder. Still good though. I’d try something else next time but great staff when I went.

I went to Logan's for lunch on Tuesday. When I got there the place was 1/2 empty. The guy in line in front of me was by himself and was given a pager to wait. When I asked how long the wait was I was told 10-15 minutes. We eventually just seated ourselves at the bar a few minutes later. The food was good but the service was slow. Just walked out of your restaurant because of the terrible service from the smartass girl up front. We literally waited almost ten minutes for someone to even come up front and no we weren’t the only party waiting. A lady was waiting to pay for longer than we were waiting to be acknowledged. Almost half the chairs in the establishment were empty but we were told by the overly rude girl up front that she was short staffed and she was seating people in 15 minute intervals so the kitchen wouldn’t crash.
