1 hour to receive our food, poor service, dried out ribs, cold undercooked fries, 2 tablespoons of brown gravy for the fries in a ramekin, forgot one of my kids dinners ( she ordered soup, how do you screw that up), steak was cooked correctly with cold mashed potatoes, no taste! No question, ridiculous amount of money spent on a terrible family meal, worst restaurant in Spring Hill, hands down! Did not waste your hard earned money!

Took 1 hour to receive food, my steak was cold, and my friends steak was rare on one side and well done on the other. Both our baked potatoes had way too much salt sprinkled on it. Waiter/waitresses never acknowledged any one really, and the hostess was nowhere to be seen for anyone being seated. Really disorganized.
The best part of our visit was the server. I felt sorry for her having to explain the slow service. She was fine but the wait was excessive and we will not be back
