Tonight will be the last time I eat at Logan's. We had to wait 20 minutes when there were at least 10 tables open. My guess was short staffed. My wife and I both ordered the onion break sirloin which should come out on a sizzling cast iron skillet with the butter melting over. Ours came out on a cold cast iron skillet with a cold slab of butter. The waitress took it back and when we finally got it back the steaks were overcooked. This was the worst dining experience ever. The front staff and so called manager was rude and lazy. This restaurant went from our family favorite to least. Think no know would get better service from fast food.
The food was delicious. Our service was excellent.

We ordered carry out TWO HOURS AGO, and my husband is just now on his way home. Why? Nothing we ordered was complicated in any way. I am not sure what could possibly cause such a delay.
