The service and food was poor on tonight. I wasn't pleased at all.
Tonight we had a long wait for our food but our server Allison was very nice and hospitable...we still Logan's
The food is good, however, they are ALWAYS out of something. First it was a drink, next visit a type steak, today it's all carbonated drinks. Very unreasonable. I mean there is a publix next door, get a clue!
The last 3 times we have been to this Logan's the steaks have been chewy and dry. They need to get some cooks. Not liking this one at all Bessemer.
I am always one to give second chances but this is the 3rd time our family came here to eat and everything was horrible. They didn't have rolls, no silverware rolled, didn't get drinks for over 20 minutes, didnt get food for over an hour. While sitting there i watched several people just get up and walk out. This is sad to me because this place used to be great.
I ordered two Southern Steakhouse Salads and two loaded potato soups at 3:33 and was told it would take about 25 minutes. Arrived at 4:00 and waited until 4:20 and food was not ready. Very disorganized group of people. We left after continuously being told it would be ready in a few minutes. How long can it take to assemble salads and soup? We will not be back.
