Worst service ever. Been here since 6:30 and it's 9:00 and still have not received our tickets. We were not given silverware. We were not offered refills on our drinks. A person on our party did not receive their food until 15 minutes after the rest of us. And the list goes on.. Again, worst service ever.
Waited at least 1 1/2 hours to be seated. So stressed and pissed off lost my appetite. Never will I walk in the place again.

Had a party of 15 got there around four and I called ahead of time . A waitress said I could set you but they (management) won't let me. She was very nice but because all my party was not there at the time. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours and there was a table the whole time we sat waiting. Never again we watched people come in eat then leave while waiting. Horrible service. Do not recommend not worth the money or time.

Couldn't get anyone to take the time to change a channelled to the game....yes, it's a crazy request but a ballgame in the snow and a good meal...well to say awesome would be an understatement....so yes, I was disappointed in the staff. So being the person I am and not wanting to complain.. .lol I pulled ESPN up on the phone....all is well

New management is doing a fabulous job, and our waitress, Tish, was fabulous!! Definitely one of our favorite places to dine again!!

Great food fast and always cold beer. Dawn is the best waitress est at the bar if you want your food right. We go at lest 1 week and one of our 7 grand baby's name is Logan
