Server was very friendly...I loved my wings but my Aunt wanted Catfish and was told they stop cooking it at 6. Other than that everything was good.

Went today at 130pm. Service was awful.it took 45mins just to get salad and bread. I am done.

The service was horrible! Tried ordering wings was told they are out of it, ordered ribs, told they didn't have them, ordered a milk for my daughter was told they didn't have that, ordered nachos was told they were out of those too. I was like well what do you have! Lettuce on the salad was withered and brown. I won't be back!!

Sitting in Logan's to pick up take out. Stayed on the phone 15 plus minutes on hold, had time to drive to Logan's and wait another 6 minutes with 4 at the greeters desk for someone to take my order. Now been waiting, waiting, waiting. And it is only 4:30. I wonder what happens if it were really busy!! If eating out tonight you may want to reconsider Going to Logan's at Tannihill Prom. Location in Bessemer.

Logan's customer service is terrible been in here 25 minutes no one has come take our order yet. THE VERY LAST TIME I WILL EVER VISIT THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As an manager at my job Customer service, Fast, and cleanliness is the key...Im sitting here right now..have ordered drinks and it's taking forever.Also, the walls between the sides are dusty..need to be cleaned.Also, the waiter didn't Introduce himself..But I hope an manager reads this and always remember "Clean,Fast, Friendly" Now let's rock and roll and get it right or you can always call me in and we can make it happen.

Good food. Terrible service. Way to long of a wait to be seated and then to have to ask a manager to send someone to take your order. Surely this cannot be good for long term business. This was my third visit. Good food and terrible service each time.
