We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Refills were almost non existant. The food was fair, but the service was invredibly slow. We should have gone to Outback accross the street in Fultondale. This is our second bad experience at Logans. The first time they were out of salad. If you reply, don't send the standard prewritten reply.

We had people joining us so we asked the host for a bigger booth. Every section we asked to move to he said was closed. My sister asked to see a manager. The host (black male and feminine, just describing him, no offense) then snapped “follow me” then literally threw the menus on a table in the bar area. Great food and our waiter Jesse was awesome. Very polite and attentive
Slow Service... wasn't very busy but took a long time to get our food. The waiter was nice.

We walked in as a party of 8 nobody else was waiting and yet we had to wait 30 min all while being glared at by the hostesses. Then we finally get to sit down at our table, ordered our food. I received my food and there was a hair in my salad, hair in my steak and sweet potato. Manager comes takes my plates brings me another plate. There’s a damn hair in that plate as well. Good Waitress BUT TERRIBLE Experience! Food took forever to come and wasn't cooked correctly. They made me wait longer to get it corrected. They lost my name on the Wait List. I went to The Hostess to inquire and they overlooked my name. It took 45 Minutes to get seated opposed to the 20 Minutes they Quoted. The Female Manager was VERY RUDE & Immature. They need Better Management & More Professionalism! I've been to Much Better Logan's! I'm going to contact Corporate!
