RecommendedFood was really good ~ service was very poor. We eat in shifts because it was delivered at different times. Had to ask for dinner rolls. Ask for refills. And it wasn’t even busy.

When you order a medium steak and not once...not twice....but 3 times it comes out rare then there is a problem. Not just a little pink either. im talking about cold in the middle with blood everywhere. Everyone at my table was finished eating when they brought it out wrong for a 3rd time and I just couldn't deal anymore. Left and went to chick fil a.

A police officer friend of mine had an absolutely horrible experience at your restaurant by the hostess and a waitress. Will never eat there. Hope you never need law enforcement

Me and my husband went here for a date night. We have always had good experiences at another Logan’s location but since it was over 1 hr a way we decided to give fultondale a try. 1st there were only maybe 50 people in the restaurant dining they were more than staffed to handle this amount. 2nd a server come to take our drink order and then another come to get the same order and we informed her it had already been taken. We were there for over 30 min.from the time we ordered 2 RARE 6OZ.sirloins.. Never saw the steaks.. You should have stayed closed... WANT be back....
My Daughters 11th Bday. Party of 15. I’m not stupid ask hostess if we could sit in same area. Not same table. Just area. Well I will have to ask manager. Manager came out said no promises. My husband spent over $100 to feed our family. When he got home he realized almost half of the order was missing. They gave him a smaller steak than what he requested and the food they did send wasn’t good. He called and advised the food was missing and was told to call back when he was on his way to pick it up.
