Food took to long to receive after ordered and when we finally did get it, it was cold....horrible experience

Logan's needs to revisit how they handle their customers. The last two times we have been there we have had terrible service. I think management needs to visit. I don't believe I will ever go back.

Service was great, entrees were great, the only unsettling thing was that they changed their mac & chz which was our favorite side as well as my son's favorite reason to come here. I'm not sure which was more off putting, the fact that they changed their mac & chz or that they now have a $1 up charge for the nastiness which they now pass off as mac & chz!
