Our experience at this Logan's is always hit or miss. Sometimes it's good, but Saturday night was awful. Took forever for our food to come out, and it was cold when it finally did. We told our server, and his response was "Oh. Well does anyone need a refill?"
I love the food so I keep coming back, though the experience is horrible more often than not. I'm not sure where the breakdown is- our servers are typically attentive, but appear to be at the mercy of the bartenders and the kitchen. Asking for a manager doesn't help. Saturday our party asked for a manager and the response was "it will be a while..."
Very great food
Food was awful! Asked for a we'll done steak and when I cut into it, it was pink! Also the lobster I ate made me sick! Won't be goin back again!
I can honestly say tonight will be our last time there I can say tonight was the worst experience we have ever had there the staff and management does not care what the customer wants nor are they even remotely sorry that they consistently get your order wrong it's sad that they are like that thank God for ocharleys! !!!!
