December 3,2016 my dance team wanted to all eat and celebrate their wins together. One of the patents called ahead, you all accommodated us with great service, a song and ice cream! All we were expecting was a place where we could all sit together what we received was a blessing with such awesome service and more! Thank you!!! If we are ever in Richmond again for a dance competition we will definitely be back! Thank you for exceeding my expectations with your kindness and accommodation! Coach CQ
Logan's was absolutely amazing!!! We called in to see if they could accommodate 18 people and the manager did so with absolutely no issues (even though they typically don't do reservations). Once we arrived, the table was waiting for our party. The waiters were awesome and on top of it!! After telling them we won our dance competition, they announced it to the restaurant, sang for us and gave the dance team complimentary ice cream!!! I couldn't be more happy about this experience and I will definitely be back again!!!! ���
I will start off by saying I was a waitress for 7 years in a steak house while I was going to school and I don't complain. But tonight was an absolute horrible experience. We were there almost 2 hours. Our steaks were over cooked big time. My husband sent his filet back and it took forever. So we are taking it home in a to go box. I didn't even eat my steak. I asked to talk to the manager and the only response I got was well when you come back in just ask for me. We will absolutely not be back. Very disappointed.
